The goals for the Breast Health Coalition are:
#1.  Improve the rate among women in Tillamook County with early detection of breast cancer.
· Promote breast health education and screening through workshops at community, business and church events.  Increase local media coverage on the importance of breast health.
· Increase the use of self breast exams, clinical breast exams and mammograms.
· Partner with the Oregon Breast and Cervical Cancer Program to provide screenings.
#2.  Remove obstacles to care and treatment for women diagnosed with breast cancer through patient navigation.
· Support and provide resources and information for those with  breast health concerns, breast cancer, and their family and friends.

OREGON CONTRACEPTIVE CARE (CCARE)
Funded by The US Department of Health and Human Services, this program is available to all US Citizens of reproductive age. If you qualify, CCARE will cover SOME costs related to annual exams, lab tests, contraceptives (including condoms), vasectomies, and preventative STD testing.

PRESCRIPTION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (PAP)
This much-needed program was founded in 2002 to help our patients pay for their prescription medications. The Rinehart Clinic is a 501(c)3 Community Health Center.

SLIDING-FEE SCALE - Discount
For the uninsured or underinsured. This program, based on Federal Poverty Guidelines, determines the cost of your care by the size of your family and annual household income.
